We are seeking a motivated Sales Quoting & Bid Coordinator to join our high‑performing WA team and support the end‑to‑end quoting cycle for a diverse range of technology projects.In this role, you will work closely with our Sales, Engineering and Solution Architecture teams to convert Bills of Materials into complete, accurate and cost‑effective quotes, coordinating with vendors and partners to secure competitive pricing, lead times, and product information. Your work will directly contribute to delivering outstanding value to clients and supporting a seamless quote lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete quote and bid process from initiation through to submission to the Head of Engineering / Solution Architect for sign off.Translate Bills of Materials (BOMs) provided by Sales, Engineers or Solution Architects into detailed customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Attend sales meetings with the sales team with clients on an ad-hoc basis to support knowledge/understanding, ensuring an accurate proposal.Liaise with vendors and partners to obtain competitive pricing, product details, lead times (ETAs), and commercial terms.Manage vendor correspondence and maintain clear pricing records for internal and customer use.Coordinate updates across Sales, Engineering and Solution Architecture teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and efficient workflow.Act as a central communication point to ensure seamless coordination and maximise opportunity outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to improving quoting processes.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in an IT, AV, or technology environment preparing quotes, bids or proposals.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with a range of IT and/or audiovisual vendors and product sets.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational capability.Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.What We OfferA supportive, team‑focused environment with passionate industry professionals.Opportunities for career progression within a rapidly growing national organisation.Exposure to innovative workplace technologies and high‑profile projects across Western Australia.Ongoing training, development, and mentorship from experienced team members.If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy turning technical information into accurate, competitive quotes, and want to grow your career with a leading national integrator, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and take the next step in your career with Pro AV Solutions WA.
