Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential clients across assigned areas.Promote and sell tea leaf products by highlighting product quality, pricing, and unique selling points.Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term partnerships.Perform product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities when required.Collect market insights, competitor information, and consumer feedback to support marketing strategy.Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in planning promotional campaigns.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores and outlets.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum +2 (intermediate) completed; Bachelor’s preferred.Prior experience in field marketing or FMCG sales is an advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to travel extensively across Nepal.Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.Personal AttributesPositive attitude and proactive approach.Strong customer-service mindset.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Professional conduct and discipline in field operations
