Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Kathmandu. The Sales Associate will handle various responsibilities, including interacting with prospective students, providing course information, guiding them through the admission process, and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities also include handling inquiries, attending events to promote the college, maintaining communication records, and working alongside the marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment objectives. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in sales, customer relationship management, and consultative selling techniquesProficiency in handling inquiries, providing course information, and guiding clients through processesOrganizational and time management skills to manage records and meet deadlines effectivelyProficiency in using CRM systems and basic understanding of marketing conceptsFamiliarity with the educational or academic services sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
