Our client, Eltrak Bulgaria Ltd., is the official dealer of Caterpillar—the world’s largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and gas engines, generators, and lift trucks. Established in 1992, the company operates a modern head office and service center in Sofia, with additional service branches in Burgas, Varna, and Stara Zagora. Eltrak Bulgaria is also the official distributor for Perkins engines, JLG aerial platforms, and since 2022, for Sandvik mobile crushing and screening systems. From 2024, the company is the official distributor for the full range of stationary Sandvik equipment.We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible professional to join our client team as a:Field Sales Representative, Spare Parts and ServiceThe RoleConducts sales of spare parts, consumables, and service solutions to existing and potential customers.Performs regular on-site visits to customers within the assigned region based on a pre-approved weekly schedule.Prepares technical and commercial offers tailored to the equipment specifications and customer needs.Analyzes data from customer visits and identifies opportunities for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.Maintains an up-to-date customer database, including information on visits, inquiries, orders, sales, and follow-up activities.Prepares regular reports, analyses, and recommendations related to spare parts and service sales, including proposals for process improvements.Works in close collaboration with the service department to coordinate inquiries, plan repairs, and track completed services.Maintains ongoing communication with customers to clarify technical details, delivery timelines, pricing conditions, and any specific requirements.Monitors and analyzes market dynamics, competitors, and sector trends, providing timely information to management.Prepares weekly and monthly activity reports, including key KPI performance indicators.Participates in trainings, presentations, and promotional events organized by the company.Ensures high-quality customer service and compliance with the company’s corporate standards.The profileSecondary or higher technical education in a relevant specialty (Internal Combustion Engines, Automotive Engineering, Transport Engineering, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role — sales of spare parts, service solutions, or work in the field of heavy machinery / industrial equipment (an advantage).Strong technical knowledge of machine operation, equipment, and components.Ability to understand technical documentation, catalogs, schematics, and specifications.Working level of English — ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong customer orientation.Strong computer literacy — MS Office, CRM systems, ERP (an advantage).Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, analyze information, and work proactively.Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.Positive, energetic, responsible, and motivated personality with ability to work independently and as part of a team.What Company offerCompetitive remuneration package;Initial onboarding and training;Positive work environment and collaborative team;Additional health insurance;Monthly food vouchers;Company-sponsored pension plan;Multisport card;Holiday vouchers and year-end bonuses;Bonuses for life events (childbirth, marriage);Annual team building and Christmas events.If you are interested in joining a dynamic and professional team, and this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please send your application.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
