Field Service Engineer

Set up and commission new machine installations at customer’s sideUnderstand client expectations and provide technical feedback and failure analysis from customer side to R&D and Engineering Department, provide aligned solutions to meet client satisfactionTo monitor and track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers if necessaryAble to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machines at customers’ sitesMonitor machine performance regularly and perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvementManage the machine performance data on key customer and drive for improvement before the issue being escalatedWorks on problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required evaluation of identifiable factorsRequires working closely with R&D and PDE team for complex issue investigation and solution implementationDevelop knowledge-based repository for FAQs and documentationWork overtime when needed or assigned to complete tasks or breakdown supportUndertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closureJob RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)/Computer Engineering/Physics/ Applied Science/ Mechatronics or equivalent engineering disciplineApplicants must be able to travel within Vietnam and SEA region, as per assigned by SuperiorMinimum 1 year of working experience in relevant filedExperience in handle low and high UPH Die Sorting Platform with Vision InspectionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and work hardAble to work independentlyTeam player and ability to work within multiracial environmentPossess strong oral, written and interpersonal skillsPossess teamwork spirit and positive attitudeGood and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environmentSemiconductor working experience in similar position is preferableMust possess own transportMicrosoft Office, Excel & Power Point skillsProfessional working proficiency in Vietnamese and English is requiredProficiency in Mandarin is an advantageWork location: Bắc Giang/ Bac Ninh, Vietnam
