The successful candidate will support our installed base across food, beverage, petrochemical, pharma & industrial manufacturing sectors, ensuring high uptime and optimal performance.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CIJ, TTO, CO₂ & Fiber Lasers, Print & Apply, Thermal Inkjet and Piezo Inkjet.On-site troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective maintenancePreventive maintenance scheduling, and system lifecycle carePrinter networking, software integration with line automation & PLCsConduct operator technical training and documentationSupport spare parts identification and high quality service reportingEnsure compliance with safety and service quality standardsCandidate Profile3–7 years experience servicing industrial coding & marking equipmentStrong knowledge of electromechanical systems, pneumatics and industrial communication protocolsAbility to read electrical & mechanical schematicsExperience with production lines and automation integrationExcellent level of EnglishValid Saudi driving licenseStrong customer service mindset and ability to work independentlyWe OfferCompany vehicleTraining and certification with industry expertsCareer development within advanced automation platformsMedical insurance and service tools packageHow to ApplySend your CV and service experience summary to: hr@gaepme.ae
