Our dedication lies in providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role reporting to our growing Red Deer, Alberta branch for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of office technology equipment, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting equipment problems, and performing field service visits. Delivery and installations. Exceptional customer service will be a key aspect of the role, including assisting clients with training and support to maximize the efficiency of installations and repairs.QualificationsExperience with Maintenance & Repair of office technology and related equipment.Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Background in providing Field Service, including on-site service calls and equipment installations.Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address customer concerns proficiently.Additional qualifications: Technical certification or diploma in a related field is an asset, willingness to travel for field service calls, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and systems.
