Come join our growing team!The right fit will be responsible for performing a wide array of IT related tasks ranging from mobile device configuration to network infrastructure planning. Work within a team to actively implement, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices and technologies for a wide ranging client base spanning multiple industries. This position requires onsite meetings and appointments with clients in professional settings.Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):Purchase, configuration, and installation of Windows and Mac based computers.Perform daily system monitoring for integrity of services and hardware.Perform change requests for various services and systems.Research technology trends and identify areas of improvement for client systems.Interface directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues via onsite and remote support.Maintain and install network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.Document all tasks and procedures as well as necessary client system information.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support, MSP, or similar environment.A+ and/or Network+ or equivalent certifications and knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work without direct supervision.Valid drivers license.Desire to grow professionally.Compensation:Earnings based on experience.Health insurance and retirement benefits available.
