Field Technician

Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain telematics equipment, monitors, Wi-Fi routers, Fire Suppression system, and electronic components in commercial vehicles.Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of hardware and software issues.Conduct system testing, calibration, and quality checks after installation.Provide technical support to customers, partners, and OEMs when required.Document installation reports, service logs, and field findings accurately.Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.Participate in product testing, pilot projects, and customer demonstrations.Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements.QualificationsTechnical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a field technician, service technician, or similar technical role (preferably in automotive).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to read wiring diagrams and use basic measurement tools (multimeter, crimp tools, etc.).Basic software skills (firmware installation, system configuration, etc.).Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
