With an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 80,000 satisfied patients, we're on a mission to make beauty accessible to all.Mia Aesthetics provides on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, opportunities for advancement, benefit offerings, and more.Be a part of a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day!RequirementsThe Field Trainer is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.Responsibilities:Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job trainingCollaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching toolsAdminister training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamicsCollaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the trainingEnsure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessionsProvide support and mentoring for new employees and identifying sections where reinforcements are neededProvide continual support to members of management on-siteAssist in evaluating training programsConducting periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standardsPerform other related duties as assigned or requestedRequirementsKnowledge of Adult Learning TechniquesDevelop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledgeStrong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivityCreative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners Last Updated on 1/6/2023 Field TrainerEffective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learnersTechnologically intermediate/advanced skills in MS products – Work/PowerPoint/Excel.Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learnerHigh empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep up to date of new techniques in teachingEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experienceExpert use of computersBilingual in English and Spanish preferredFamiliarity with learning management systemsTravel Requirements:25% out of state travel may be requiredSalary Description55,000 plus bonus eligible
