Requirements Description and Requirements Position overview:The main responsibilities are to monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems. Maintenance of the database purchases records of all fixed assets, performs a physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to maintain optimal stock levels, improve inventory accuracy, and implement best practices in inventory management.Key responsibilities:Team Leadership:Supervise the tasks to be performed by the staff in charge.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team development.Ensure team adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and inventory management procedures.Run monthly depreciation for all Fixed Assets and its accounting.Act as a link between the warehouse and customer service.Perform other tasks and services as assigned by the immediate Manager.Inventory Management:Oversee inventory counts, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.Track inventory levels, monitor product movement, and adjust orders as necessary to maintain stock accuracy.Assess and monitor warehouse transactions.Track inventory maintenance and control equipment flow.Physical Inventory and reconciliation with the System of all fixed assets.Book and Control all acquisitions and disposals of Fixed Assets.Reporting and Analysis:Submitted annual budget reports, ensure financial standards, and resolve issuesAnalyze inventory discrepancies and develop corrective actions.Requirements:Schedule flexibility - RequiredAvailability to working on site - RequiredCore competencies:Giving supportFocusing on customersEmbracing technologyManaging self-developmentLeadership competencies: Providing leadershipLeading changeBuilding effective teamManaging stakeholdersFunctional competencies:Advanced understanding of Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail)Workday knowledge - It’s a plusStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar2 years of experience in inventories, warehouse, and fixed assets - RequiredExperience in Internal Control, reception of Merchandise - RequiredPrevious experience in personnel management and team leadership - RequiredRelevant certificationsThorough understanding of inventory policies and proceduresLean Six Sigma yellow belt training/certification - DesirableB2 or above, oral and written EnglishAdditional Job DescriptionThe main responsibilities are to monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems.
