Finance & Accounting Executive

The Finance & Accounting Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, and supporting management with reliable financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, treasury and banking operations, reconciliations, and budget monitoring. The role also ensures full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies. This position plays a vital part in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and operational efficiency, particularly within the dynamic and highly competitive freight forwarding and logistics industry.Technical ExpertiseAdministrative WorkLeadership Communication skillsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in finance and accounting (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trading is an advantage).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.Proficiency in accounting systems (Odoo ERP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
