Financial Reporting & Accounting OperationsPrepare and record daily journal entries (AR, AP, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, etc.) accurately and timely.Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with PSAK and company policies.Handle invoice verification, payment processing, and expense recording.Monitor intercompany transactions and coordinate confirmations when needed.2. OJK & Regulatory ReportingPrepare and submit OJK financial reports (SILARAS/SLIK or other relevant templates) on a timely basis.Ensure compliance with OJK ratios and reporting requirements.Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for regulator and management reviews.3. External Audit CoordinationAct as the main point of contact for external auditors.Ensure all audit findings are followed up and closed promptly.4. Budgeting & Cash ManagementSupport budget preparation and forecasting, including variance analysis and monthly performance review with management.Prepare and review bank reconciliations.Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.Support monthly cash forecasting and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.What we're looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in multi-finance, fintech, or regulated industries.Strong understanding of PSAK and OJK reporting requirements.Experience in preparing financial reports and handling external audits.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot, lookup, reconciliation tools).Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and self-motivation.Good communication skills (Bahasa & English) and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in multi-finance or fintech lending company.Familiarity with OJK ratio monitoring, SILARAS/SLIK reporting, and auditor coordination.Professional certification (Brevet, CA, CPA) is a plus.
