Averis is partnering with globally renowned clients to recruit high-caliber Finance & Accounting Managers who can lead and manage end-to-end finance operations, and to eventually take on a Financial Controller / Finance role with the clients.As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, driving performance improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units.Job Description:As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, driving performance improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units.Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.Lead the planning and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to drive business results.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.Support audit and tax-related matters in coordination with external advisors and regulatory bodies.Supervise and develop finance team members to build capability and performance.Requirements:-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceRelevant professional certifications in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or MIA)Minimum 10 years of working experience in relevant fields.Highly committed and dedicated to work, with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.A hands-on individual who is proactive and detail-oriented.Willing to be based at Bangsar South.
