Finance & Accounting Section Head

Qualifications / Requirements :- Male / Female- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum GPA 3.5- Minimum 1 year working as Auditor at Public Accountant (background from Big 4 preferred)- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- Experienced with ERP systems (required)- Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or similar role- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage a finance team- Proven track record in developing & executing corporate finance strategies- Strong knowledge of treasury functions (Forecast, Cashflow, Financial Instruments)- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with finance & non-finance stakeholders- High attention to detail with strategic, big-picture perspective- Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines- Proactive, structured thinker with problem-solving orientationJob Description :- Ensure accurate & timely recording of financial transactions- Perform bank reconciliations & review key account balances- Monitor customer receivables & ensure timely collections- Coordinate with sales & operations teams to resolve billing issues- Prepare AR Aging reports & follow up overdue accounts- Ensure timely & accurate vendor payments per company policy- Verify invoices & supporting documents before processing payments- Prepare AP Aging reports & manage cashflow for disbursements- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPN & Income Tax/PPH)- Adhere to financial laws & government accounting regulations- Follow accounting standards- Liaise with external auditors & tax auditors for compliance & reporting- Supervise & guide finance/accounting team in daily operations- Provide training & development to improve efficiency & accuracy- Prepare documentation for internal & external audits- Develop & implement internal controls to prevent errors & fraud
