We work with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment.Your Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards; Review of financial and regulatory reports; Support the implementation of key regulatory requirements and guidelines applicable to the banking sector; Mentoring and guiding junior team members; Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships; Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and internal controls. Your Profile Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields; Up to 4–5 years of experience in banking accounting, or regulatory reporting; Solid of understanding of the banking industry, including products, operations, and regulatory environment; Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks applicable to banks and financial institutions; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy; Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders; Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
