This role manages all financial aspects of contract management, ensures SLA & business KPIs are met, and supports both pre- and post-contract activities.What You’ll DoReceive and review As-Incur contract setup requests to ensure supporting evidence is completeReview contract/project amendment requests for completenessCreate contract/project abstracts to evidence revenue recognition and other accounting considerationsTransform contract/project abstracts into manual input/setup templates or PeopleSoft upload templatesReview and activate contract setup in PeopleSoft, aligned with supporting evidenceManage and monitor query resolution related to Contract ManagementCheck accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing informationCoordinate input from stakeholders as requiredIdentify proper contract documents and templatesEnsure compliance with processesWhat You’ll NeedUniversity degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related areaMinimum 1 years’ experience in a Finance/SSC environmentAble to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detailProficiency in EnglishTeam player with the ability to promote teamworkFlexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and changeComputer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge Why CBRE When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
