Mira offers solutions to test, boost, and navigate fertility—starting from comprehensive hormone testing and supplements to fertility coaching and online courses.We are committed to helping our customers achieve the highest possible success rates and outcomes; that is why our focus is on personalized care, the use of the most cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Logistics / Economics / STEMExperience: 3+ years in a data analytical role, working with high data volumes, such as FP&A, Controlling, Production Planning, Logistics Planning, Material Planning, Sales Analytics, etc. Nice to have: sectoral experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.3Skills:Data analytics: at ease working with high data volume; identifies trends, variations, and reasons for thoseFinancial reporting: working experience with P&L for a production/e-commerce companyForecasting/budgeting: experience with financial planning/forecasting Software:Advanced Excel; nice-to-have BI tools (Power BI, etc.)Other software: working experience of ERP (especially Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Accounting modules)DetailsThe role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.Responsibilities Regular reporting:Sales report: prepare weekly sales & GM report; analysis of variancesStock coverage report: prepare a weekly analysis of stock coverageCashflow file: maintain weekly forecastCost review by area: prepare monthly files by dept.; flag deviation from budget & rolling forecast Financial Planning & Analysis.
