We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Accounting Staff member to join our team in a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position will involve preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and providing analytical support for financial decision-making.Your Role in this Journey:a. Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.Assist in the timely preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.b. Accounts Management:Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Reconciling bank statements, accounting ledgers, and other financial records.Assist in managing payroll and employee expense reimbursements.c. Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted to actual performance.Support forecasting efforts by providing historical data and trend analysis.d. Compliance and Internal Controls:Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and responses.e. Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.Assist in developing financial models and projections for new projects and investments.f.
