From day-to-day bookkeeping to hands-on involvement with vendor management and monthly close, you'll be critical in helping the finance team stay organized, efficient, and responsive. You'll work closely with finance leads, gaining exposure to internal systems and international processes, while being empowered to take ownership of recurring tasks.This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally within a high-paced, high-impact environment where your attention to detail, initiative, and curiosity will be highly valued and nurtured.Who You AreHighly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for order and accuracyProactive and eager to learn - comfortable taking initiative when something needs to get doneA reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environmentComfortable communicating in English (written and verbal)Open to feedback and excited to grow in a fintech environmentWhat You’ll Actually Be DoingAssist with the monthly financial close process, including tracking and follow-up tasksAssist the bookkeeper with the day to day bookkeeping.Create and manage requisitions and Archers for supplier paymentsAdminister and manage Bill.com tasks, acting as budget owner or system admin for specific budgetsReview and validate international travel reports and event-related receiptsCapture, organize, and archive financial documentation such as invoices, vendor records, and reportsSupport vendor offboarding processes and assist with finance tasks related to new banking operationsManage the “Jgive” donation platform from A to ZHelp prepare budgeting tools ("baskets") for budget owners during budget planning cyclesProvide general support for office finance preparations, especially during new floor transitionsRequirementsBookkeeper 1+2 certification – a must0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative rolesBasic familiarity with bookkeeping tools and platformsStrong Excel and document organization skillsTech-SavyExcellent attention to detail and time managementHigh level of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentialityFluent in English and Hebrew proficiencyEagerness to grow within a fintech environment—no task is too small or too bigExperience with Workday – an advantageWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HEREFlexible hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office – A must ₪1,000 net monthly wellness benefit – from therapy to Pilates to your kid’s art class Full Keren Hishtalmut, private health & dental insurance Donation matching, volunteering days, team outings, and mentorship programs A mission-driven culture that values ownership, trust, and meaningful impact NEXT STEPHit apply.
