Make your mark by leading performance improvements and process efficiencies.As a Finance and Business Manager in CIB Philippines Corporate Center Operations, you will provide guidance and business support to a team of over 3,000 employees. You will deliver business metrics reporting, workforce management, workplace resources management, and finance governance. In this role, you will lead performance improvements, drive productivity, and enhance process efficiencies. We act as trusted advisors and counterweights to Business and Group Heads, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
