The Group is expanding its digital operations and process automation across fueling, fleet analytics, and operational efficiency.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly competent and analytical FInance and Reconciliation Officer who will be reporting to the Head of Fueling.  Primary ObjectiveTo ensure accurate financial control over CIT fueling operations by:1.     Authenticating all fueling transactions2.     Eliminating overbilling, fraud, and duplicate claims3.     Ensuring complete reconciliation between ERP, vendor invoices & GPS logs4.     Supporting cost-saving & audit compliance across CIT operations Key ResponsibilitiesA. Fuel Expense Validation & Controls·      Verify fueling transaction data daily from ERP·      Validate:o  Liters issued vs Approved limito  Fuel rates vs signed agreemento  Pump slip vs ERP datao  Driver & vehicle fueling legitimacy·      Reject overclaims / unauthorized fueling·      Ensure no cash transaction outside approved mode B. Vendor Invoice Processing & Reconciliation·      Reconcile:o  Vendor invoices vs ERP issued fuel logso  KM driven vs Consumption vs Billingo  Daily GPS fueling location validation·      Prepare variance reports and flag suspicious entries·      Hold payments for fuel stations under investigation·      Manage vendor ledger, debit/credit notes & approvals C. Analytical Monitoring & Reporting·      Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports:o  Fuel Cost per Vehicleo  Fuel Cost per KMo  Region-wise fuel cost comparisono  Vendor performance scorecard·      Maintain Fuel Efficiency Dashboard for management review·      Participate in budget forecasting & monthly closing·      Recommend cost optimization initiatives to Ops & Fuel Desk D. Fraud Control & Audit Coordination·      Detect:o  Fuel theft attemptso  Overcharging by stationso  Fake or duplicate entrieso  Route abuse / private usage·      Liaise with Risk & GPS Monitoring Team to investigate discrepancies·      Provide full documentation for:o  Internal auditso  Group Head Finance reviewso  External compliance auditsEligibility1.     IT and financial background2.     Preferable ACA / ACCA / ACMA3.     3 years’ experience in audit and accounts / administration / OperationsA market competitve Salary Package will be offered to the selected candidate along with other perks as per company policy.Cadidates from Islamabad and Karachi are encouraged to apply
