Finance Assistant

The company is eager to strengthen its finance function by bringing on high-potential individuals who will be instrumental in supporting its rapid growth as it moves towards an exit.The successful candidate will join the strong finance function as an Accounts Assistant. To support the processes within the business' hyper-growth phase. They will be career-focused and focused on team achievement. Covering all aspects of AP and AR, including invoices, employee expenses and the preparation of cash flow forecasts. Joining a business with a reputation for amazing progression opportunities, in a high-performing environment with rewarding benefits and culture.Key Responsibilities:Assist with credit control, process invoices, credit notes, and resolve queries at pace.Ensure timely payment of bills from customers.Processing employee expenses, and supplier invoices.Maintain strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and employees.Conduct payment runs across multi-currency.Conduct bank reconciliations.Provide ad hoc support to other areas of the business as required.Aid in preparation of journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.Skills and Experience Needed:Studying / part qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Excel skillsGreat organisational skills, to support their work in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s in it for you?Hybrid and flexible workingOpportunity for business travelExperience within an impressive business scaling internationally!
