You will be responsible for accurate processing of invoices, assisting with payments, and liaising across the business to ensure financial processes run smoothly.This is an office based or hybrid role, ideally suited to a detail-oriented and organised individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:Data entry and processing of purchase invoicesChecking invoices and supporting documentation against the systemApproving invoices once verified and assigning to the correct client/projectAssisting with payment runs for purchase invoices and expensesHandling invoice and payment queries, liaising with the finance team and other staffSupporting the finance team with additional duties as required, which may include credit controlKey Requirements:Previous accounts payable or purchase ledger experience is an advantage but not essentialComputer literate, with advanced Excel/database skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and on the telephoneExperience with NetSuite or similar business/accounting packages is desirableHighly organised, accurate, and able to work under pressureWhy Join LivGreen?Competitive salary with annual reviewOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding businessCollaborative and purpose-driven team environmentOffice located just a 10-minute walk from Parkway StationLivGreen Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
