About The RoleThe Finance Learning Specialist is an entry-level role for someone with an understanding of financial systems and processes who is eager to expand their knowledge while providing flexible support in the finance team. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, focused on gaining a deep understanding of financial functions like supporting financial reporting, tracking expenses, and ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets. You will also assist in audits, handle communications with vendors and internal teams, and provide administrative support to the finance team.This role will also serve as a backup resource for the team and potentially to get involved in partner-facing roles with our Australian partners, helping you expand your skills and make a broader impact.Why CooeeBecause we believe in the power of human connection. Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Expense Tracking: Monitor and record expenses, ensuring they align with company policies and budgets. Support Audits: Assist in gathering and organizing documentation required for internal and external audits. Communications: Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions and inquiries. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, such as filing, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the accounting team. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws and regulations.What Were Looking For We are looking for Fresh graduates with a background in relevant fields (Finance, Accounting, HR, Office Administration, or similar) are preferred. Eagerness to learn and grow in the role. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
