You will be a part of a two-person team running the financial infrastructure that lets us move fast, make good decisions, and keep our investors and founders confident.We are looking for a Finance Associate to support our finance operations across the Nordics. Working closely with the Finance Manager and local Partner group, you'll handle financial workflows across our Nordic operating companies and two funds — covering everything from day-to-day accounting to tax, legal, and regulatory compliance.This is not a back-office role. You'll have real ownership from day one, working directly with our Nordic Partners and plugging into Antler's global finance team on reporting, fund operations, and everything in between.ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly management accounts, delivering detailed variance analysis against budgetSupport on annual budgeting and forecasting, supporting strategic financial planningAnalyse fund performance KPIs and produce quarterly NAV management accountsSupport the Manager and General Partners with treasury, working capital, cash flow, and supplier paymentsLead payroll, employer social costs, and corporate and VAT tax compliance across Nordic entitiesSupport annual filings for operating entities, the management company, and the fund, and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditorsEnsure timely reporting to investors, regulators, tax authorities, and other stakeholders, support global group consolidation requirements, and drive automation and process improvement initiativesSupport group consolidation and drive automation and process improvement initiativesRequirementsAt least one year of experience in finance, accounting, or business managementComfortable with ambiguity — you can own a task from start to finish without needing a playbook Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong quantitative instinctsHighly organised: you can keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously without dropping the ballA proactive communicator who's as comfortable presenting to Partners as writing a clear Slack messageAn eye for improvements, ideally you already implement AI into your workflows and are obsessed about doing things smarter Experience in VC, fund accounting, portfolio valuations, or legal agreements is a bonus — but not a dealbreaker What we offerReal ownership and accountability from day one and a steep learning curve working across fund operations, tax, legal, and investor relationsDirect exposure to experienced investors, founders, and operators across the Nordic and global Antler networkA front-row seat to the early-stage startup ecosystemA collaborative, high-trust team that values initiative, clear thinking, and a good sense of humorFlexible and international working environment, based in StockholmPowered by JazzHRj2dnDjbCJo
