About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals passionate about building a career in corporate finance and accounting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and supporting audits within a growing SaaS organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily financial transactions, including billing, AR/AP, expense tracking, and reconciliationsAssist in preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecastsParticipate in variance analysis and financial modeling activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsSupport audit preparations, tax filings, and regulatory reportingContribute to automation, documentation, and process improvement initiativesKey Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internship experience acceptable)Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel / Google SheetsStrong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a remote teamFamiliarity with ERP or accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or NetSuite)Basic understanding of financial modeling, FP&A, or MIS reportingExposure to SaaS or product-based business modelsPowered by JazzHRwqJwWOCcPD
