Today, the generics market in Switzerland results in savings of almost 500M CHF per year for the Swiss healthcare system!As Finance Business Partner Lead you will play a key role in supporting the Swiss organization through advanced financial analysis, performance management, forecasting accuracy, and development of strategic business cases. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the country CFO, and you will deliver insightful, value-driven financial recommendations to enable effective decisions across the Swiss leadership team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToDelivering accurate and relevant financial analysis to support monthly business reviews and ad-hoc management requests.Ensure high-quality channel planning in both local Business Units and investment decisions to drive sustainable growth, aligning financial resources with strategic priorities across the organization.Oversee cost and investment controls, advising on optimal resource allocation and effective management of both top- and bottom-line performance.Evaluating risks and opportunities with related financial implications and recommending mitigation strategies.Lead financial stream of strategic projects, providing financial analysis and decision-making support.Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early interventions to optimize resource allocation.Provide accurate operational insights and financial business acumen to support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and strategic planning processes.Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams and driving improvements in forecast accuracy.Enhancing business case development and profitability tracking through rigorous financial analysis.Continuously improve management reporting processes and define and implement lean solutions to meet the changing demands of the business.Partner closely with both Specialty and Retail local business units to drive performance, offering strategic financial insights and alignment.Tracking key performance metrics for both business units to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives.Inventory and write-offs management, aligning processes with Supply Chain team to minimize financial risks.Essential RequirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:At least 8 years of experience in financial controlling in a multinational environment (generics or fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred)University degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field of a leading business school or top university (MBA or CPA a plus)Fluent in English (oral and written), German is a plusFinancial experience in a local organization, cross functional and international team preferredAnalytical thinking and financial modelingKnowledge of SAP and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of BI, Qlik, Power BIWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
