Job Requisition ID #25WD92927Position OverviewWe are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales Finance team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Americas Finance Director. This person will be the finance business partner to the Senior Director responsible for the Latin America Sales Team. Additionally, the position will support License Compliance in the Americas.The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial details. This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Latin America Sales Team and Americas License Compliance Team to provide accurate billings, ACV forecasts, reporting and analysisLeverage Anaplan for forecast submission and trackingEngage with Latin America sales leadership and Americas license compliance leadership regarding business strategy, go to market and annual planningCreate quotas for sales and management roles within the supported teamsManage the opex budget (HC and variable) for the supported teamsWork with License Compliance Team to audit and submit commissions attainment on a regular basisAssist in commission analysis and YTD rep attainment as the bridge between commissions and sales teamsBuild Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for managers and Finance DirectorPresent an EOQ finance deck to review performance and metricsForecast accuracy trackingResponsible for Ad-Hoc reporting requests working closely with the AMER Financial Analyst TeamProvide Deal Support in partnership with the Deal Development Team on agreements supporting accounts within Latin America and License ComplianceMinimum QualificationsBachelor in Accounting or Finance preferredMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHands on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, SAP, etc.)Articulate and concise with strong communication skillsAbility to adapt to a complex and changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAmbitious and ability to learn quicklyStrong team player and leadership potentialLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
