JOB PURPOSE:To manage all aspects and activities of financial planning process, including annual budgeting,forecasting, and long-term financial plans, by collaborating with relevant stakeholders andbusiness lines, monitoring budget performance, and ensuring support and guidance for financialplanning, budgeting, and all applicable financial aspects for related business lines to maintainefficiency and awareness QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications:▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield from a reputable university. (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum Experience:▪ 8 years of experience in a similar role – 3 years in managerial role.Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):▪ Solid knowledge in in Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting,independently executes tasks and solves routine challenges.▪ Excellent use of English (must) and Arabic language (preferred).▪ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability toeffectively present information.▪ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)▪ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within theorganization.▪ Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and theGCC region.▪ Good understanding of relevant market practices and applicable laws & regulations, with theability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure compliance▪ Proficient in essential technical skills related to the role, including knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and methodologies, enabling effective task execution.▪ Demonstrate proficiency in essential soft skills as per JCDC Competency Framework based onthe role’s level of responsibility (Problem solving, Collaboration, Accounting, Resilience&Adaptability, Managing performance)
