At OGS, home to GMR, a leading global agency specializing in experiential marketing and brand engagement where global projects come to life, we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to the business, connecting financial performance with operational strategy. This role is responsible for driving profitability, enabling informed decision-making, and providing visibility on pricing, working capital, cash planning, and investment initiatives.What You’ll DoLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to business leaders.Act as a partner to commercial, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to translate business activities into financial impacts.Support and guide pricing strategy, price adjustments, and margin improvement initiatives.Manage working capital analysis, cash planning, and provide visibility on liquidity needs and risks.Evaluate investments, business cases, and new initiatives to support capital allocation decisions.Prepare and consolidate management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for senior stakeholders.Identify risks, opportunities, and challenge assumptions to improve business performance.Support cost efficiency initiatives and monitor P&L performance across the business.Collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or financial analysis roles.Advanced English (C1), as all communication will be in English.Demonstrated experience in pricing, margin analysis, working capital, and cash flow planning.Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and investment evaluation.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proven ability to partner effectively with non-financial teams and influence business decisions.Strong command of Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What do we offer?Work on diverse and challenging creative projects with global impact.Collaborate with expert global teams and learn across multiple disciplines.Enjoy a dynamic, flexible, and people-centered work environment with a healthy work–life balance.Benefit from stability and well-being programs, including private health insurance assistance, an employee fund, and extra personal time off.Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week at the office.
