Job TitleFinance Business PartnerJob DescriptionYou are responsible forConduct financial consolidation activities , ensure the HS financials can be consolidated with timeliness and qualityParticipate in forecasting and planning cycle of the business, including AOP, quarterly rolling forecasting, monthly latest view, strategic planning and other planning activities.Conduct management analysis on business performance, propose corrective actions and monitor implementation of those actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plansSupport Finance Business Partner to ensures correct and timely Philips management, statutory and fiscal reporting, including financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR)Communicate with global team on market performance, forecast, strategic plan, portfolio, etc.Plan and manage Selling Expense of Health Systems, including different functions and businessesMonthly tracking and analysis of Selling expense performance by cost center/ department/ business, identify gaps, and drive corrective actionsTrack productivity funnel and establish/control link of productivity into the P<rack Working Capital performance of the businessesEnabling functions supervisory responsibility: control actual expenses, hosted heads, ensure SLA structure is in place, perform true-ups according to contractual agreements, plan future costs and preparing tax back-up documentation for external costs, etc.Cross function coordination with accounting GBS, global FP&A team, logistics, marketing, sales, operation team, HR, to facilitate daily operationCooperate with accounting team to ensure the booking timeliness and accuracyEnsure a strong and efficient internal control system in placeOther ad hoc support to business/marketYou are a part ofProfessional Finance team of Philips China, base in Shanghai, report to Finance Business Partner, Greater China.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceBachelor or Master degree in Finance and/ or Accounting orientated study5 years working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & Internal ControlStrong Convincing communication skillsIntellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationshipHaving wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressureAdvanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledgeGood communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;In return, we offer youA path towards your most rewarding career.
