Job Description:Warehouse Capacity and Expense Planning:Collaborate with the operations team to monitor and assess warehouse capacity and operational needs, ensuring that physical storage and operational efficiency are optimizedProvide financial insights and forecasats to support warehouse expansion decisions, considering cost implications.Goods Needed Planning:Support in forecasting and planning goods requirements based on historical data, seasonal trends, and future business projectionsensure that goods are ordered and delivered in accordance with demand, optimizing cash flow and minimizing excess inventoryNew Stores Inventory Collection Planning:Forecast and monitor stock level and collection for new stores, ensuring that goods are allocated efficiently and having enough time to be received by new stores before openingEnd-to-End Supply Chain Efficiency:Oversee the distribution process from the warehouse to retail stores, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control across the entire supply chainEnsure effective coordination between warehousing, transportation, and store operations to minimize lead times and reduce costsDevelop financial strategies to improve logistics efficiency, tracking key metrics such as transportation costs and delivery accuracyOther Ad-Hoc Analyses as Needed by ManagementRequirement:Main Specifications/experience required:>3 years of experience as an analyst or related roles, preferably with supply chain/warehousing/logistic backgroundStrong in analytical thinking and good in reportingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and conciselyLength of work experience: More than 3 yearsIndustry background: Supply chain/logistic/warehouse backgroundTechnical knowledge:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex dataProficiency in reporting, including data visualizationsPrior knowledge in warehouse/logistic operationsExperience with scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case development to support decision-making and strategic planning
