Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.Make a real impactIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Associates to join the Finance Consulting team.Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions Support the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and project deliverables Learn how digital technologies are reshaping the CFO agenda and help clients modernize their finance operations Gain exposure to key finance processes such as budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring Collaborate with experienced consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution Participate in client meetings and discussions, gradually building your confidence and communication skills Work in a team-oriented environment and benefit from coaching and mentoring by senior colleagues Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone What You Bring Matters0 - 3 years of working experience in finance functions including financial analysis, financial reporting and management reporting Familiarity with reporting standards (e.g. IFRS), and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycle Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies, financial statements or management accounts preparation Exposure to finance systems or tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Consolidation/Reporting Platforms) will be considered an asset A bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field Experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a system will be highly regarded A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed is a plus Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, working in diverse teams, and continuously learning BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAYYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
