Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the USA for a Finance Director. The Finance Director will oversee and manage the financial planning and analysis processes, prepare and review financial statements, and manage financial reporting. The role includes evaluating financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis and insights. The Finance Director will also collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall company goals. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements is essential.Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting and experience in generating detailed financial reports.Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing actionable insights.In-depth knowledge of Finance and financial systems.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with regulatory compliance, financial modeling, and risk management is preferred.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
