Based mainly in APAC we service a global client base ranging from small enterprises to large corporates and everything in between.About The JobYou will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger(GL) functions. The accounting records, procedures and processes must be meticulously maintained. You will also be tasked with to conduct monthly reconciliations of various ledgers and bank/cash accounts and to ensure timely month end closing of all financial accounts. You will also assist with other ad-hoc duties as required.ResponsibilitiesFull sets of accounts - AR, AP, GLRaising Invoices to customersTaking in Invoices to the organizationCash, Bank and credit card reconciliationsConduct month-end financial closing activities with precision and accuracyIntercompany transactions and billingsIntercompany ReconciliationMonth end PL reportingMonth end Balance Sheet schedules reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent certificationGood knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards and accounting principlesStrong analytical mindsetProficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft ExcelGood attention to detailStrong numerical aptitudePreferably with 2 years of Accounting or Finance experience; Candidates without relevant experience but possess good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.We Love People WhoHave experience in Xero accounting softwareGood knowledge and experience in Crypto accounting and Foreign ExchangeHave an ACCA or equivalent
