Recent accolades include being named App Marketing Agency of the Year 2024 and being listed by the Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work in 2025.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.The Finance Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses and credit cards and bank reconciliation. This role ensures the efficient operation of day-to-day financial activities.To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable (AP):Review, verify, and process supplier invoices dailyPrepare supplier payment run twice a monthRecord outgoing paymentsMaintain accurate and updated supplier recordsResolve discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiriesAccounts Receivable (AR):Generate and issue customer invoicesRecord and apply incoming paymentsMaintain accurate and updated customer recordsReconcile customer accountsExpense Claim Management:Review and process all expense claims, ensuring that they have been approved beforehandEnsure all expenses are properly documented and codedCredit Card Reconciliation:Record and categorize all credit card transactionsEnsure all credit card transactions are supported by adequate backupReconcile monthly credit card statements with internal recordsInvestigate and resolve any discrepancies or unauthorized chargesGeneral Bookkeeping:Reconcile bank accounts and financial records daily to ensure the running of a real-time systemUpdate the revenue forecast spreadsheet when invoices are sent to clientsCarry out UA commission calculations as part of the month-end processABOUT YOUBookkeeping or accounting experience with focus on AP/AR and expense managementProficiency with Xero accounting softwareStrong skills in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, reconciliations)High attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasksEffective communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter and ability to work independentlyProblem-solving and analytical skillsABOUT YOUR GROWTHAs an organization we support your growth and development by investing in your learning to advance your career.
