Job Description
Our national client within the Transport / Supply Chain Management industry is looking to appoint an experienced Finance / Fleet Administrator for their branch in Kempton Park.Grade 12 with numeracy skillsAdvanced Excel - requiredAccurate and deadline drivenAssisting with all administration associated with maintenanceIssuing suppliers with order numbersFollowing up / reconciling / matching quotations and invoicesEnsuring that quotations are properly authorizedCompiling outstanding invoices to accrue for month endCompiling monthly breakdown reportsEnsuring that all invoices are signed off by ManagementEnsuring that vehicle files are updated with: Break test and fitness certificatesVehicle licenses Vehicle registrationsUpdating the master fleet listAssisting with any other clerical / admin task when required to do so
