Finance Innovation Analyst

This role is Hybrid in NY, working 3 days onsite.Responsibilities:Own finance transformation initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and planning through execution and adoption.Translate operational or process challenges into structured programs with clear milestones and outcomes.Improve and standardize finance workflows, embedding scalable controls and ownership.Partner with teams across finance, technology, and analytics to deliver process and tooling enhancements.Track progress, manage dependencies, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.Communicate program status in a clear, concise way for both working teams and senior leaders.Leverage automation and emerging tools where useful to improve efficiency and insight.Requirements: Meaningful experience leading finance process change, transformation initiatives, or systems-related programs.Working knowledge of core finance areas and how they operate in real environments.Proven ability to run cross-functional projects, manage ambiguity, and deliver results.Comfort partnering with technical teams on workflow or system improvements.Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level updates.Organized, pragmatic, and able to influence without relying on formal authority.Interest in modern tools (automation/AI) to streamline work and improve visibility.
