Finance Integration Manager (Accounting and FP&A)

Our client is a rapidly growing company, committed to excellence and innovation and operating on several markets. To build the company's structure, we are looking for an ambitious and responsible Finance Integration Manager (Accounting and FP&A) to transfer their experience to the organization. This role serves as the critical bridge between the Accounting and FP&A functions, ensuring accurate financial data flows, aligned reporting processes and smooth operational execution across the finance organization.What you will do as a Finance Integration Manager (Accounting and FP&A):Own and optimize the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in partnership with Accounting and FP&A.Coordinate timelines, data requirements, and deliverables to ensure seamless alignment between Accounting (actuals) and FP&A (forecasting, budgeting).Oversees finance systems (ERP, reporting tools) and drives improvements or automationDevelop, maintain, and enforce financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Develop standardized procedures, documentation, and playbooks for recurring finance processes.Support finance leadership in strategic initiatives, including system upgrades, reorganizations, or cross-departmental projects.We would need from you:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.5–8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial operations.Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting processes.Experience coordinating or supporting financial close cycles.Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and planning/reporting tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process-management capabilities.
