At Mobilize Financial Services, you will find the best of both worlds!The Financial Administrator is part of the Finance Department and is hierarchically led by the Financial Manager. Within Financial Administration, you will come into contact with, among other things: accounts receivable management, general ledger administration, invoicing of various items and reports both internally and externally.Description of the position as Intern Financial AdministrationTasks & Responsibilities (AP/GL)Assist the accounting team with daily processing of Local Bank Account Reconciliation of RCI including Direct Debits and manual payments, managing the bank statements of the company, lettering/matching of invoices against outgoing/incoming payments.Assist with the accounts Payables and receivables (AP/AR) process of the Company including coding and booking of invoices according to the assigned cost centers.
