Finance Junior Cost Controller

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services.Currently, bbf: is expanding its internal team and seeking a Junior Cost Controller to join our Financial Department.Tasks and Responsibilities:Project Costs & Budgeting ControlControl project costs and budgeting,Analyze variances in forecasted profits and expenses,Allocate costs to categories,Data Management & ReportingGather, validate, and incorporate data into project cost reports,Document changes in project scope or contracts,Prepare cash outflows and other financial projections,Construction Progress & Issue ResolutionTrack document construction progress,Assist in the resolution of construction issues/conflicts,Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure proper cost reporting and control,Financial CoordinationAlign cost reports with financial statements and schedules in coordination with the Accounting department,Verify invoices from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers,Process and control Payment schedules and Payment Approvals.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering QS, or similar field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge of SAP Business One is as advantage.Strong time management skills; ability to plan and manage multiple site priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Greek and English.We offer:Competitive compensation package (13th salaries).Career perspectives in a fast-growing company.Dynamic and friendly working environment.At bbf: our values shape everything we do.We are sharp in our thinking, creative in our approach, and emotionally intelligent in how we connect with others.
