Finance Lead (for our partner group)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead with a strong understanding of Cyprus financial and tax legislation to oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with strategic financial leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business planning.What You'll Be Working OnManage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standardsLead the preparation and analysis of P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet for management and board reportingOversee audit processes and maintain effective communication with external auditorsDrive automation and implementation of financial reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparencyManage tax planning, structuring, and transfer pricing in alignment with corporate goals and local regulationsDevelop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growthLead some of our financial departments.
