We provide bespoke insurance and reinsurance solutions across more than 35 countries, serving clients in pioneering sectors such as blockchain, AI, fintech, and biotech.At Relm, our values — Accountability, Collaboration, Curiosity & Creativity, and Courage & Optimism — guide everything we do.What You’ll DoManage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance.Oversee reconciliations, financial statements, and performance analyses.Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across the group.Enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to align finance with business performance.Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.Mentor and support junior accounting team members.What You BringProfessional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and 2+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in financial reporting, GL management, and budgeting.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with modern accounting systems.Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Why You’ll Love Working With UsAt Relm, we’re not just another insurer — we’re a team of innovators, collaborators, and problem-solvers building something extraordinary.
