Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our client’s growing business, which currently operates with 30+ branch offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and possesses strong leadership and financial control capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across all branch offices.Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth.Act as the Finance Controller to ensure compliance with internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Conduct financial analysis and reporting to management for strategic decision-making.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Ensure regulatory compliance with all financial and tax regulations.Review and consolidate financial reports from 10+ branches and ensure consistency in reporting standards.Lead initiatives for process improvements and efficiency across finance operations.Support executive management with financial planning and analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Controller in a multi-branch or regional role.Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong leadership and team management skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing cross-functional teams.
