You are responsible for all workflows related to tax, legal and finance. You support the global Finance team and local Partner group to ensure smooth business operations.Our ideal Finance Manager is a strategic and analytical thinker who takes proactive ownership, thrives on optimizing processes, and demonstrates unwavering diligence. In this role, you will oversee Antler’s Nordic operating companies and investment funds in together with the Nordic Finance Associate. You will also support portfolio startups throughout their journey — from incorporation and business setup to subsequent funding rounds.If you’re up for the challenge, we can promise an incredible experience and opportunity to work with the most talented individuals and driven founders of future startup successes.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day financial tasks, accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, tax, and payrollOversee quality fund valuations, managing fund accounting and coordinating with external fund administratorsWork with other fund activities, for example fund compliance, KYC/AML, capital calls and account statementsMonthly reporting and follow up with Local Partners, Group Finance and group CFO with analysis of performance KPIsWork closely with auditors and manage the annual closing process for the Nordic entities, including yearly financial statements and tax reportingEnsure timely external reporting to investors, governmental regulatory bodies, tax authorities, auditors, corporate partners and other relevant third partiesOther ad hoc projects as and when requiredRequirements6 to 10 years of work experience in a related field such as finance or business managementDemonstrated experience in an entrepreneurial environment and experience in taking ownership of challenging tasks, working with tight deadlines and ambiguityExperience in venture capital, investments, portfolio valuations or legal agreements are desirableDetail-oriented and process-focused with strong quantitative analysis skillsHighly organised and able to structure and execute multiple processes simultaneouslyProactive and positive personality with excellent communication skillsWhat we offerWork in a fast-growing organization with a lot of responsibility from day oneGreat learning and networking opportunities through working with experienced leaders from top consulting/finance firms, startup founders and tech community leadersA fun and global team, all dedicated to making Antler and our portfolio companies a huge successAn international environment with significant room for growth Powered by JazzHRQ1D965TiZb
