Finance Manager

For one of our clients, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting/Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities:Financial Closing Activities: Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely adjustments and reconciliations.Streamlining Procedures: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline closing procedures for efficiency.Supervision of Entries: Oversee journal entries and review ledger postings, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.Financial Controls: Establish and monitor financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and IFRS standards.Policy Development: Draft, implement, and monitor Accounting/Finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS 15.Collaboration with Auditors: Work closely with auditors to ensure preparedness and maintain compliance during audits.Requirements:Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 7-10 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.Qualifications: CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or IFRS qualifications are highly preferred.Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Core Competencies:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills to drive financial insights and decision-making.Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in financial reporting and compliance matters.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
