The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the restaurant, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include creating financial reports, analyzing financial data, developing cost-reduction strategies, and managing forecasting and planning processes. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to support decision-making and optimize financial operations.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Management, and Cost AnalysisStrong skills in Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Financial ModelingExperience with Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management in financial operationsExcellent skills in Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Attention to DetailProficiency with Accounting Software (SQL) and Financial ToolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic environmentPrevious experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
