Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Belgrade Art Hotel in Belgrade. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, analyzing financial data, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves designing and implementing financial strategies to enhance the financial health of the hotel, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingStrong skills in accounting, compliance, and financial reportingKnowledge of financial analysis, data interpretation, and strategy formulationExperience in team collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-makingProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantagePrior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
