The Claims Department Specialist will manage and handle insurance claims, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure accurate processing. Daily tasks include the review and analysis of claims documentation, communication with clients and other stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. The role also demands strong analytical skills for data evaluation and trend analysis.Responsibilities Assist clients with filing and tracking claims. Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim status. Provide consulting on claims documentation and requirements. Maintain accurate records in the agency system. QualificationsPrevious claims experience in trucking/commercial auto insurance preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
